The purity of our synthetic peptide Adropin (34-76) (Human, Rat, Mouse) is guaranteed to be higher than 98% by HPLC

Adropin (34-76) (Human, Rat, Mouse) is a 76 mer polypeptide with one disulfid bridge. Disulfide bridged Adropin (34-76) was synthesized by solid phase peptide chemistry for biological tests; glucose homeostasis and hepatic lipidmetabolismn were improved in mouse with 90 or 900 nmol/kg/day through intraperitoneal administration. These effects were independent of adiposity or food intake. Adropin (34-76) (Human, Rat, Mouse) may be a powerful peptide tool in the study of obesity-associated hepatosteatosis and hyperinsulinemia.
