Substrate for Aminopeptidase
The fluorogenic enzyme substrate L-Leucine-4-methylcoumaryl-7-amide – Leu-AMC – is widly used as high sensitive substrate for aminopeptidase M and for leucine aminopeptidase. Leu-MCA (Methyl-Cumarin Amide) is a synonym for Leu-AMC.
