Our membrane-permeable fluorogenic enzyme substrate Suc-Leu-Leu-Val-Tyr-AMC is manufactured by Peptide Institute inc. Osaka, Japan. The enzyme substrate is available in vials of 5 mg and in bulk packages directly from our store in Sandhausen, Germany. Our substrates are usually shipped at room temperature, but please keep cool and dark for longterm storage after receipt.
A trace of impurity might be detectable by TLC when 100 µg is applied to the plate. The amount of contamination detectable by HPLC is less than 2 %.
